Redemption Safe Housing is a supportive Independent Living Program that provides safe, stable, and structured housing for adults seeking greater independence, self-sufficiency, and personal growth. Our goal is to help individuals build a stronger foundation for long-term success in a safe and supportive environment.

Is Redemption Safe Housing an emergency shelter?

No. Redemption Safe Housing is not an emergency shelter. We provide independent living housing designed for adults who are able to live independently while benefiting from a structured and supportive community.

Is this a medical, nursing, or treatment program?

No. Redemption Safe Housing is a non-medical Independent Living Program. We do not provide medical care, psychiatric services, nursing care, medication administration, or clinical treatment. Residents are responsible for managing their own healthcare needs.

Who is eligible to apply?

Adults who can independently manage their daily living activities and are seeking safe, stable housing may apply. All applicants must complete the intake process and meet program eligibility requirements.

What housing options are available?

We currently offer:

Shared Rooms

Starting at $800 per month
Approximately $185 per week

Private Rooms

Starting at $1,000 per month
Approximately $230 per week

Housing availability may vary based on current occupancy.

Is there a program fee?

Yes. A $200 Program Fee is required after acceptance into the program and prior to move-in.

What is included in the monthly housing cost?

• Furnished living accommodations

• Wi-Fi access

• Shared common areas

• Structured living environment

• Access to community resources and referrals

How long may I stay in the program?

Redemption Safe Housing operates on a month-to-month basis. Length of stay depends on housing availability, compliance with program expectations, and individual progress toward personal goals.

Is the program drug-free and alcohol-free?

Yes. Redemption Safe Housing maintains a drug-free and alcohol-free environment. Residents are expected to comply with this policy at all times. Violations may result in discharge from the program.

Do I need to be employed to apply?

No. Employment is not required. However, applicants must demonstrate an ability to meet housing obligations through employment, benefits, assistance programs, or other approved income sources.

What documents are required during the application process?

Applicants will be asked to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification

• Proof of income or benefits

• Emergency contact information

• Referral information (if applicable)

• Additional supporting documentation as requested
